摘要：Introduction Since Trump’s inauguration for the White House,isolationism and conservatism in the U.S.foreign policy are sharply highlighted.This dangerous tendency,which is contrary to the process of human globalization and global multipolarization,and fills the world with uncertainties,has shown prominence in the U.S.attitude to multilateral diplomacy,especially the multilateral mechanism represented by the United Nations.
